In order to make our Wholegrain Flour, we slowly grind the cleaned and dehulled in advance grains of einkorn wheat, by observing the acceptable temperature, as a result of which our product preserves all of its nutrients – fibers, vitamins, enzymes, minerals and phytochemicals.
Each of our envelopes is carefully packed by hand and full of real natural product, grown on our fertile lands and produced in compliance with specially tailored for it technology.
During the milling process, we strive to subject the grain to as little processing as possible in order to preserve its qualities and to obtain an authentic product with irregular particles, which gives a richer taste and a more intense flavour to the flour.
