Which ingredients should I shop for?
2 cups of einkorn flakes
1 coffee cup (~70 g) of brown sugar
1 coffee cup of sesame tahini
1 coffee cup grated apples
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon of baking powder
vanilla powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 coffee cup of raisins and dried plums (prunes) mixture
How to make them?
Firstly, cut the prunes into small cubes, mix them up with the raisins and let them sit in the company of 100 g cognac in a suitable vessel for the purpose. Show you mastery by separating skillfully the whites from the yolks and beat them together with the brown sugar. They are quickly joined by the tahini and grated apples.
Meanwhile use your other free hand to mix the flakes with the baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla powder. Make sure in your haste that you don’t skip any of the flavours and by any means, don’t confuse your right and left hand.
Next, you will be forced to break up the company of the raisins and prunes and separate them from the cognac.
Mix all ingredients together and stir well. The result will be a soft dough. From it we shall shape the balls that we are already familiar with, without forgetting about the baking paper and of course, the baking itself.
