– 100 g of einkorn flour
– ½ cup of ground raw almonds
– ½ cup of natural honey

How to prepare them?
Act with foresight and prepare two bowls in advance. Gently blend in one of them our flour, the ground almonds and baking soda. In the other bowl mix the honey and tahini. Don’t reach for the mixer – you don’t need it at all here. Mix the contents of both bowls in the larger one of both and stir fearlessly with a spoon or fork (whichever you find more convenient) until you get a dough with a nice consistency.
The dough must be soft so you can easily shape balls from it. The balls should be the size of nuts and when you press them lightly, there should be sufficient distance between them. Keep in mind that before pressing them, it is best to roll them well in sesame seeds.
Before you even know it, you’ve already put them on the baking tray, without forgetting to line it first with parchment paper. You have preheated the oven in advance and do not get distracted in long conversations because they will be ready in only 12-15 minutes.
