We shop in modern hypermarkets, supporting with our choices the large monopolists on the market. There we purchase progressively larger quantities of food for less money, relishing the abundance but neglecting the quality of it, and unfortunately very rarely ask ourselves the question of how „alive” is the food that we put on our table;

We close our eyes to what is happening to humans and the world around us, what we are doing to ourselves and what kind of future we are building for our children.
